Ordering and Order Tracking

You may place orders through our secure website, by calling toll-free 1-800-815-2280, or by mail. See "Payment Options" below for mailing address. All information entered during the ordering process is held secure using the latest technology. Please see payment and privacy policies below for more details.

Once you have placed your order we will e-mail your order details and a confirmation number to the e-mail address that you submit.

Shipping

• Orders shipped within the continental USA

  The cost of shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery with the USA.

  All orders ship within 1–3 days of receipt, unless otherwise indicated on our website.

• Orders to Hawaii, Canada, and outside the USA:

  When you place an order, customer service will contact you with the cost of shipping. For questions, please contact customerservice@caruspub.com.

Payment Options

Customers may make purchases by credit card, money order, or personal check.

• Checks and money orders

  Orders paid with money order or check may be subject to a 7-day hold before they ship.

• Credit Card

  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Fill your shopping cart with your purchase and provide your credit card information as requested at checkout. Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped. If you would like to order and pay via telephone, please contact us toll-free at 1-800-815-2280.

Returns and Exchanges

If upon receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@caruspub.com or by phone at 1-800-815-2280 and we will advise where to return the book. When the return is received in original condition a merchandise credit will be issued against the card used in the original transaction.

Our goal is to protect the privacy of customers placing online orders as stringently as we do for customers placing telephone or mail orders. Our website shopping cart technology uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card information during transmission. From time to time, our company may contact you via e-mail or direct mail with offers that we feel may interest you. Open Court does not make our customer information available to third parties.
